Description
Build a framework to deal with all overarching aspects of interface interactions, anything which can not be implemented just by "point and shot". In Lumiera, we need a structured way of managing keybindings, we need a focus concept that plays well with interface perspectives, we need a pathway to integrate hardware controllers with not-yet-known functionality, and we need a sane way of supporting "gestures" -- where "sane" means abstracted from the actual interface technology, be it mouse, keyboard, pen, touch, hardware, whatever. We can not efford to develop an interaction concept for each of these flavours independently. Rather we need an approach where various interface modes can blend in.
