Lumiera Distribution

this is a tracking ticket -- individual tasks depending.

Scripting and organisational arrangements for distributing Lumiera. A user (as opposed to a developer) should be able to try out the first Lumiera alpha distributions on the most important Linux distributions. This is part of our second integration round, which focuses on real world usability of a basic feature set.
