PlacementIndex is in place, as well as a somewhat generic "query" facility. Need to combine that with the session services API to get it running.

The details of maintaining an effective / virtual access path in conjunction with meta-clips is deferred into Alpha -- to be implemented in ScopePath::navigate(). The rest of the query and access operations is coded up now.
