Resolved since a long time.
Lumiera currently relies on the last C version of NoBug ever published. The author of NoBug (cehteh), continued his work in the language Rust. Lumiera maintains a DEB package for NoBug-C
Furthermore, Lumiera never came to rely on the resource tracker feature of NoBug

Please test lumiera with nobug/devel first, i pushed some lumiera fixes for the new nobug into a 'for_plouj' branch in my repo. The current nobug/devel is not *that* well tested, don't package it, I will push both (nobug and lumiera fixes for it) to master in a few days when all is settled.
