Care for consitent arrangement of external API contents

  • complete separation of API and implementation namespaces
  • all API includes go within src/include
  • no implementation code in lumiera::
  • all implementation code below stage::... / steam::... / vault::...
  • consistent handling of namespace for the core abstractions
  • re-assess splitting in interface / ABC for the leading hierarchies

this is a tracking ticket -- individual tasks depending.
