Interface between Stage and Steam

this is a tracking ticket -- individual tasks depending.

The purpose of this interface is to allow for the GUI cooperating with Steam-Layer to work on the Session and use the Player. It is based on a common structure scheme underlying the exchanged data, and a assumes a handling pattern of changes within the Session.

The design of this interface started under the assumption of a common data structure shared between "Proc-Layer" and GUI — implying a rather cohesive architecture with strong coupling, which has been revised and changed to a message based communication, to allow for independent evolution in the connected parts of the application

During the course of this summer, I've created an outline of how this interface could be structured. We're now about to target a first integration round, which requires us to have prliminary implementations of the involved actors. For now, fist integration is more important than completely clean implementation of the parts; thus often we're going to split the tasks and note refactorings and cleanup for later. See #299 for progress on this 1st integration round.
