OutputSlot: skeleton for a lightweight new tracking implementation

  • can now throw away the old convoluted TrackingInMemoryBlockSequence
  • instead use a simplistic implementation of the Connection interface
  • do not perform any kind of validation, allocate new buffer for each frame
  • use the NaiveBufferSetup (BufferProvider) as implementation backend.
