DOC: amend a silly mistake

This was a classical collaborative f*up.

• in 2018, cehteh wrote a infrastructure config summary
• late in 2025, ichthyo merged various documentation content and placed that piece of information into the technical docu.

Unfortunately, the Baidu search engine has picked that info up,
and in the last week of December 2025, some stray bots started
to »visit« the staging area.
