meta'fy metatickets

Description

A lot tickets on this trac only serve as metaticket collecting
child/dependent tickets but don't require work themself. I've added a 'meta' type for ticket types now, the next step would be to identify meta tickets and change their type to 'meta'.

I am already starting doing so with all tickets tagged as meta, but there are possibly some tickets left.

have you thought of using sqlite for changing the type, instead of manual work?
