Prepare an about page with accurate description of the history of the Lumiera project and her present relations with CinelerraCV.

Meanwhile raffa did write that About page; more details regarding the history could be collected on a separate "History" page #753

Seems to be appropriate for now... please re-open that ticket it you think it should be reworked for the Launch
