Add missing dependencies to configure.ac checks

There are certain lib dependencies not yet checked by configure (and scons). While this is certainly still in flux and we should keep an eye on it that this doesnt start to bloat and bitrot, some neeeded dependencies should be added to the configure check, please add missing ones to this ticket these will then added in one rush when going over the config system/closing this ticket.
