allow dispatching of generic Goals (queries)

Extend the existing QueryResolver framework to allow for registration of actual resolvers an for handling of general goals in predicate logic syntax. Especially, besides actually being able to handle such queries, this means building a suitable extension mechanism into the QueryID.
