adding a bugs as testsuite items

Reported bugs shall become an associated test in the testsuite to validate that this bug is closed. I already prepared a 'bugs' directory there but this lacks some support on the test.sh for now.

Bugs which can be directly expressed in code are easily to add like any other tests. Bugs which are more subtle and cant be expressed in code might be left out (and tracked here) or get some virtual test facility which fails until someone adds an annotation to the testsuite that it got fixed.
