regroup mobject and mobject::session namespaces

Description

there is some confusion what should go into proc::mobject, and what should go in the sub namespace session. Especially, because the latter seems more and more to get two different meanings

  • the high level model datatypes
  • the session implementation

Related is the question where the session API should go (see #150)
