Description
build the framework and a dummy implementation of the current QueryFocus, which is the foundation for the query functions on the session API.

(In #309) Defined the concept and outlined the necessary operations. Still considering this feature as in evaluation -- but best way to do so will be a prototypical implementation.

well, now this got way more involved than initially predicted. Actually, this isn't just a dummy implementation -- rather i'ts already 80% of the real thing. What is missing is the handling of scopes at the point, where sequences are tied into timelines and/or virtual clips.
And, of course, the actual implementation of the PlacementIndex isn't there yet, thus I can't close it right now....
