Lua integration

this is a tracking ticket -- individual tasks depending.

integrate the 'lua' scripting language into src/common and implement interfaces/components to make it available throughout lumiera.

...when you actually start working on this topic, please create yourself sub-tasks (blocking this ticket) and accept the tasks you're actually working on. The purpose of this is to see the general progress on various topics, and to show how things depend on each other. This doesn't mean you're expected to create a ton of tickets, just some points to show the outline of the work as you see it to be done. (e.g. compile it in, invoke Lua code, invoke Lumiera interfaces from Lua).
